Exhibitions
Our publications serve as starting points for public engagement, including exhibitions, presentations, and workshops for wider audiences. Works by our contributing artists have been shown on several occasions in the Netherlands and abroad.
Sophia Bulghakova’s works from we all woke up today from some kind of explosions employ stereograms in the printed edition and dissolving analogue images via slide projectors in the installation. These techniques evoke memories of ubiquitous stereographic publications from the artist's childhood and her recollections of her nanny narrating bedtime stories and fairytales using slide projectors. The audiovisual installation premiered at Sophia’s solo exhibition at Künstlerhaus Bethanien.

In collaboration with Centrul de Resurse in Fotografie in Bucharest and REZO Agency, we are currently mentoring emerging local curators who will present In Pieces in CdRF space in 2027. This reinforces our commitment to activating the publication in a sustained and holistic way, especially as mainstream media attention to the war in Ukraine has faded over time.
